A single sheet of gold turns a dessert into a centrepiece. This is genuine edible gold leaf — thin enough to catch the light on a chocolate truffle, the rim of a cocktail glass or the top of a celebration cake.
Ten sheets, each interleaved with soft paper so they arrive intact. The right pack if you're gold-leafing for the first time, or you need it for one occasion rather than a working kitchen.

How to apply it
- Make sure your hands, tools and work surface are completely dry.
- Lift a sheet with dry tweezers, or touch a soft dry brush to it — static will pick it up.
- Lower it onto the surface and tap gently with the brush. Don't rub.
- Brush away any excess. It can be saved and reused.
Gold leaf will not stick to a dry surface. On cakes, apply to buttercream, ganache or lightly dampened fondant. On chocolate, apply while the surface is just set.
